Sugarfire 44 is right next door to the hotel where I stay when I'm in St. Louis for work. I like the creative sides (had some "rib totz" there Monday night) and the brisket, but in my opinion (can't use "IMO" or Bob will think I'm talking about pizza) the ribs have been a little disappointing. I'm often in town with a coworker who also enjoys barbecue and we agree that the ribs are overcooked, as the meat comes right off the bone and doesn't have much chew. Next time I'm there I need to try some chicken and sausage.
