Tijuana Street Dogs

Wrapped some Nathans hot dogs in bacon and cooked on my griddle insert




Warmed up some buns on the indirect side of the grill


Dressed the dogs with chopped onion, tomato, pickled jalapeno, ketchup, mustard, and mayo with lime mixed in.

Just your regular normal sized dog. One piece of bacon will wrap the whole thing.
