Three Racks of St. Louis Spares on 22 WSM

Did three racks of ribs on the top rack of the 22 WSM and was able to lay them flat. Love the big version of the WSM. Put a pan of baked beans under the ribs.

That is probably from the chili powder I used in the rub. Been replacing paprika with Chili powder and I like it better.
