Decided to combine 3 of my cooks starting off with Chicken marinated in Italian salad dressing for 4 hours then onto the Performer for 50 minutes indirect with no smoke. Side dishes were broccoli, cauliflower in cream sauce along with a Tomato and Basil pasta.
Next ingredients used for the burgers and made ready for the gasser this time. Burgers done cheese on and buns being toasted. Toppings were tomato, pickles, lettuces and mustard. Served with TT, seasoned fries and my coleslaw salad.
Last up is a simple chicken, bacon stuffed potato. Two bakers cooked then spoon flesh in bowl added milk, chives/onion cream cheese, Mozzarella, Mild Cheddar shredded cheese, green onion, S&P, dried oregano and homemade bacon. Mixed then back into potato into over for 20-25 minutes topped with more cheese and bacon. Sorry this was going to be done outside but our winds returned, so inside it is.
