This was my Saturday...

Today we went to a bbq comp in Santa Anita. This was my first and it was lots of fun. I bought some rubs and I decided to do my own ribs today...

This was the rub I got. Gary's seasoning. It's good and got to meet Gary.

Ribs seasoned and after 1 hours this is what they look like..

Ready to foil after 2 hours of smoke in cherry wood.

HBO fights ... Timothy Bradley in main event...

Ribs almost done..

Plated and ready to eat. Added a bbq sauce my wife got in her travels... Garland Jacks. I was using a beer koozie my wife got me from bbq joint she went to eat... Thanks for looking..
