An oldie...
An elderly woman is upon her deathbed with very little time left. All of her remaining relatives are at her bed-side, ready for her parting words.
"John, my beloved husband of sixty-five years. Are you here, John?"
"Yes, love. I'm here."
"And our five beautiful children. Are you all here?"
"Yes, our loving mother," they all respond. "We are here for your last moments on earth."
"And my twelve grandchildren. Am I blessed enough to have you all here, too?"
"Of course, Nana. All twelve of us are here to be with you."
A moment passes as her breathing labors. With raspy breath, she states: " Well then. If everyone is here, maybe one of you can tell me who left the kitchen light on?!"
