Tacos on the Performer.

[S.Six]

Wife said "tacos for dinner", and the light bulb turned on. Started with a slab of ground beef 80% about 1.5lbs. Put some taco seasoning on it.

Throw it on the performer. Put a little bit of pecan wood for smoke.

Flip it.

Got some home made guacamole going.

Put the beef in the ci and some more taco seasoning. Onions join in the fun.

Heat up some tortillas.

Throw it all together and here's what I got.


Man let me tell you, it was GOOD! Way better than Taco Bell! First time trying out tacos on the barbie. Definitely worth a try. Your friends might think you're crazy when you tell them that you made tacos on the grill.

I've never seen anyone toss a whole package of burger on the grill like that but you pulled it off! I'd loose 1/2 the burger for sure!
