Tacos al Pastor
Used two pounds of pork shoulder sliced into 1/4 inch thick pieces and marinated them in a mixture of garlic, oregano, cumin, pepper, cloves, guajillo chilies, pineapple juice, white vinegar and achiote paste. I let the pork soak over night.
Here is everything waiting for the grill to get hot

Pineapple and onions on the grates to start the party

On the flip

Making room on the grates for the pork

Time for the pork to get on the grates....next time I need to scrape some of the marinade off

It's a fast cook, maybe two minutes per side
Time to make some tacos

Not the best looking tacos....but darn tasty!

Thank you all for looking!
