Started by putting a sizzle on some new reds for German potato salad.

Tri tip had been brushed with Stubb's beef marinade, and rubbed with Weber's Steak 'n Chop, and in the fridge for the day.
Oak wood for smoke, not sure what species, a gift from JimL and he didn't say. :)
Ozark Oak lump for fuel.

Reversed seared when it hit 130.

The 'gus has butter and Panko crumbs.
The crumb topping is better if browned in butter, but I was lazy.
