Picked up 2 nice chickenbreasts today. Sous vide @ 140f for 3.30h.

And i picked up some fresh pasta...And a local blue.


Vacced the breasts with salt/pepper/butter and som lemon Thyme from the garden.


In it goes: This unit can controll tanks up to 50L...I have a 24l tank...But for a small cook like this im using a pot.


Frozen margarita in the heat! Been crazy hot the last 2 days


After a 20 min rest i hit em both sides with a torch


And plated with the pasta and a bluecheese sauce


Really nice dinner. I couldent bring myself to stand close to fire a blistering HOT day like this. Thanks for your time ppl.
 
Daniel looks super!! All came together nicely although a pic of you torching the bird would have been awesome!!
