Surf & Turf - LDW

A brand new store (called Sprouts) opened a month or so ago, so I finally went in and checked it out. Nice store indeed, kind of Trader Joe's but on a bigger scale

Got some fresh jumbo shrimp, $7 a LBS, the wife was on the gasser with them

As she was winding down, I got the fire going for some really nice Rib Eye Steaks (a gift from my son)

With the taters that smoked for about 2.5 hours and some Chard we also picked up at Sprouts

Great collaboration ChuckO. My wife loves using our gasser also, leaves the charcoal to me. Food looks great. Sprouts has been down here for a few years, like there store.

Man, Chuck, I'd be on that like Homer on a doughnut!! Those ribeyes look especially perfect! @ $7/lb we'd be eating a lot of shrimp around here!

Dinner looks great Chuck. Love that fire you had going in your WSM. You are going to like Sprout's, we have been shopping there for years. They sell some very lean Italian pork sausage that I use in my homemade marinara sauce, the family eats it up.

We have Sprouts here and they have some really great produce at excellent prices, your going to like shopping there.
