Our Easter dinner started out with putting sweet potatoes, applesauce, brown sugar, melted butter, Cinnamon in our Weber Winter slow cooker for 6 hours. Served with chopped walnut nuts.
Next is the line-up for my Herb Fan-Tans. Which from start to finish takes about 4 – 41/2 hours but well worth the time.
Ham on performer 300 – 350* with one fist size apple wood for smoke and color.
Into my rolls about 2 ½ hours, now cut and gently stacking 4 strips toping each with melted butter then cut in 6 parts then put in muffin pan.
Basting ham last 30 minutes with T.J’s pure maple syrup, brown sugar, apple cider, Dijon mustard and a dash of allspice.
Rolls after 45 minutes getting puffy, brushed with melted butter and into oven at 375 for 20 minutes.
Ham pulled at 140* and resting.
Rolls out and one last brushing with butter.
Ham sliced and ready for plating
Our plated dinner along with grilled asparagus. Awesome day of cooking and one great Easter Dinner.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week.
