Sunday's Peach wood Smoked Turkey!

I thawed one of my last turkeys from the freezer this week. Today was the day, to smoke this bird. First time using this brand, I picked this up from Smart and Final for cheap, on sale. I used a some nice large chunks of Peach wood. Love this stuff. It smells sooo good. It also gives the turkey the right amount of smoke flavor. Slightly sweet, and light. Perfect! Bird went on at 1:30pm, breast meat was at 165F around 5pm, foiled, let it rest a good 45 minutes, it was still hot, when slicing. Nice and juicy meat, it came out great! Here are the pictures.

Beautiful bird! Could you taste a difference with the peach wood compared to other smokes?

Thanks! I usually use apple wood for smoking turkey, but lately, I have been really enjoyed the taste from the peach wood. Yes, I can tell the difference.
