Did these hot & fast, inspired by Mr Lampe & others, i used Chris's recipe and another from Franklin BBQ (used his rub...modified).

The ribs went on at 8:55am & were sliced at 11:30am.

Overall cook time was 2.5 hours at 350F, +/- 25F.
 
Looks really good Clint, Barb and I will be doing HH baby backs next Sunday also using Jim's cook and now yours as a guide.
 
Excellent results. Your ribs, like Jim's, look outstanding. And of course being from Idaho I'm a sucker for good looking spuds!
