Sunday at The Masters

The Masters is probably my most favorite PGA tournament, so if I cannot be there, here is the next best thing:

I threw a small Black Angus flat on the smoker seasoned with Meat Church Holy Cow & post oak wood.
In the meantime. I mixed up the official cocktail of The Masters, “The Azalea!”

Trying to stay with The Masters theme, I made some “Pig Shots” with Pimento cheese. Scottie stole the show, for the second time in three years. If you like golf he is the new stud on the tour! Time to eat.
