Some chicken thighs, asparagus, onion and taters decide to have a party. The onions and gus started off drawing a bath (EVOO, Balsamic, mustard and S & P)
Ah-h-h, relaxing in the tub (onion's from our garden, gus is from down the street)
The chicken put on a little make-up
And was the first to get on the dance floor, along with the taters
Well, the veggies were feeling lonely, so they got on the dance floor, too
the band took a break, so everyone went to the bar
before pairing off for the rest of evening!
They were feelin' pretty good, getting to know one another, until the giant Ogre from across the yard ate 'em.
Moral: don't let Ogres know when you are throwing a dance party!
