Stocking up for grilling season

Brought home a beef from the locker to load my deep freeze.

And to get some cooking in this post- sampled a pound of that ground beef.

Made for pretty good sliders, on pretzel buns with some Provolone cheese melted on top, homemade candied jalapeños, and a beverage suited to warm temperatures.

Wow Clay - you don't play around do you? Around here we have only two seasons, Hot and Cool. Fortunately it is always grilling season!

That should hold you over for a little while!! Feel sorry for your neighbors, unless you share with them, then I'm envious of them!!!

You're a man among men (and women). ;) I showed my wife your pallet of Kingsford...she rolled her eyes at me.
 
Phil, I'm fortunate to have shed space and lots of freezer room- but when you live in the sticks several miles from a grocery store, it's definitely more economical to have ample supplies at home.
