Didn't really have anything to BBQ, so we did a stir fry on the plow disk

Chicken marinated in Hoisin Sauce

Chuck, that is one fantastic cook and all those veggies are spot on. Healthy dinner for sure and I'll take a plate.
 
Judging from the Sago, Date and Queen Palms you're probably in AZ. Did you set the disk on top of the grill grate?
I wish I was in AZ, I'm in the republic of kalifornia. The disk just rests on the sides of the BBQ, if the grate were used, it would be a couple inches up. Not a big deal if you have the grate with the center hole, but it would rock if on a regular grate. I put my Comal on the grate, but I put the grate in upside down. That gives it a real smooth ride
