A bunch of you guys asked about the CEO's Italian Cookies so these first pics are dedicated to the Master herself.

Three racks, two done with Lamberts Sweet Rub, then Sauce O'Mine and one rack one with Aaron Franklin's all purpose rub and then sauced with my Wolfe's Sriracha Marmalade. All sauced after the bark set.

Dang good looking cookies, why did you have to mess it up? I'm just ribbing you my friend those are some great looking ribs and sides.

Wow, Bill! Amazing looking ribs. I need to find some of that Srirach marmalade.

Love the handed down tools for cooking. I've got an 89-year old Italian grandmother who has her own drawers full of stuff like that. No matter how hard I try I can't get cookies, cinnamon rolls and pies to turn out the way she does them. Lots of history and wisdom in those things. Hold on to them.

First of all it's always great seeing family doing things together and those cookies look wonderful! Now for that plate of ribs, good grief my friend that is a Christmas gift on a plate!
Merry Christmas to you and your family from Barb and I. We both are looking forward to some more of your great cooks in 2015.

Outstanding looking meal and cookies look phenomenal!!!

So Bill want to share how many times you been whacked with that long stick in all the years you two have been married?

Back at you two, Merry Christmas my friends

Bill the cook looks awesome! My wife is from Argentina with Italian parents. Her "tools" look very familiar. Around here we call them Empanadas. You sir are a lucky man.

Bill;
VERY nice work, my man! Great product, great pictures and a great family!

I often do chicken parts with Wolfe's Orange Marmalade Sriracha Sauce but never thought of doing ribs with that sauce. That is going to CHANGE!! Wowsa!!

Keep on smokin',

Great looking ribs Bill - always love seeing your cooks and the additional kitchen activities. The CEO's cookies - I'm sure - are tremendous. But the thing I like most is the sense of family in all your posts. Great to see that these days! Merry Christmas

Bill, that is a great family pic and your ribs are awesome also. Would the CEO share the recipe for her cookies? If not I understand but they look fantastic!
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
