Special Dinner for the Lady of my Life and me Too

Yesterday was our 31st wedding anniversary and we decided for dinner to do our special tenderloin wrapped in crescent roll dough with a mustard sauce and brie cheese.
Many years ago when I was half in the bag one night I dreamed up this concoction and we made it a few nights later and the rest is history.
We don’t do this very often because it’s so rich, but boy is it good!
Barb did a small side of Bok Choy that she found a recipe for and wanted to try it, it was good also.
So here we go.

Rich and Barb, Happy Anniversary! What a great looking meal from a "half in the bag" idea. Sometimes that's where the best ideas sprout.
