If I find the guy that didn't put the 14.5 away after the last cook...
So that's how this smoke started. Had to get the weed burner out to defrost the smoker...
I like Mississippi pot roast so I thought why not season a meatloaf that way.
Saute 1 diced onion, allow to cool.
Mix up 2 pounds of 80/20 with one packet of dry ranch dressing, 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini, 2 tablespoons Henderson's Relish (Worcestershire) add cooled onion. If you want to add a binder you can add 2 eggs, or a mixture of eggs and bread crumbs. I did not use a filler this go around.
Put in the thawed out 14.5 Weber. Pit ran about 250-265 for most the cook. Had Cherry and KBB.
