Skillet Burgers

I used my little Skookie skillets for last night's smash burgers.

Provolone on mine, some kind of funky diet "cheese" product on Jo's.

"Heluva Good Bodacious Onion" dip for my wedgies.

Great looking burgers! The skookie pans make great grilled cheese sandwees too. Heat them up, place sandwich on one, take the other and place on top squish. If hot enough it doesn't take long. You can do panini sandwiches too. Make sure and butter the bread first though.
