Had a sirloin tip roast that had been in the freezer for a while. So I thought I should cook it.

I rubbed this with a combo of Montreal Steak Seasoning and some Santa Maria Rub that had been ageing in the pantry for a while. Due to lack of forethought, it only sat out for about 45 minutes before I put it on the grill. An hour or two would have been better. A tad dry, but not bad overall.

Jim that is one bad @$$ looking sirloin steak sir, I like how you roll my friend. The best thing that goes with meat is........MORE MEAT!!!!

Wow that looks great...Maby wanna lower the temp a bit to let the core expand. But who cares really when you have one of those bad boys infront of ya. Really nice!

A verb, from the Latin verbum meaning word, is a word (part of speech) that in syntax conveys an action. (Rubbing, searing, roasting, resting, carving, eating). That is one delicious looking roast.
