intense heat & fire, I tossed the pig on the beef

when the burgers were cooked, I added sliced Provel then replaced the strips of pig

Excellent burgers! EXCELLENT! Served with fresh garden green beans, onions and peppers
Going to grind more top shelf beef more often to enjoy this type of burger.

Beautiful Burgers, Bacon, & Pickles! The mushrooms mixed in I have to assume were good....... I'll be trying this.
 
Oh Man, I shouldn't be looking at your posts at 4:30pm!! Now I am going to be starving for three hours!
 
Now that's what I call a great burger and great sides, perfect Jim! Got to give that grind a try!
 
Nice burgers Jim! And your pickles look way better than the ones that they serve at Ted's Montana Grill.
 
That whole plate looks so slammin!! I gotta get a grinder! The pickles look great! Reminds me of when my grandma down south made them. Yeah from the tri-tip cook Danny's is a great place!! Haven't been there in awhile butt gonna change that real soon!!!
