Simple Sunday dinner!

Evening folks...gotta say you guys have been busy!! Lots and lots of good stuff on here the past few days!! Today was a pretty productive Sunday!! Weather broke and we had 40 and rain!! I will take it!! Busy work on the boat today getting ready for spring kings! I did some wings in roadside marinade the other night and it was so good we did it again!!
Got some coals going and a cold beer ...

Some wings and a few boneless thighs under a cloud of apple smoke!

The bird pieces took several dunks in the road side sauce after I heated up to kill and nasties!

Plated and ready ...my wife is on a veggie kick so I had two types tonight! Little stove top for a side and a nice ESB...one of my favs from the AK brew boys !! So glad they started making it again!
