Simple Kielbasa meal

Today I made some Kielbasa and tonight I cooked with it. It was AWESOME! Basically, I justed grilled it and served it alongside Sauerkraut and sautéed Potatoes and Onions. Better than store bought!

That looks fantastic. I could eat kielbasa for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I love the stuff but I admit I've never cooked it on the grill?

The next time I get some raw unsmoked kielbo I'm going to try it on the OTG. Too bad I'll probably have to wait until Christmas or next Easter to find it.

AND I bet DEAD people even live kielbasa!
