Simple Chicken - 4 ways -

2 thighs just have Arizona Dreaming on them (Penzey's), 1 has no rub and was only glazed at the end, 4 were rubbed in WW jerk paste - 2 of which got the SBR (sweet baby ray's with habanero sauce & black pepper) glaze.

bottom left is just plain-old bbq sauce glazed at the end, the one on the right is Jerk w/ bbq sauce glaze.... Salad is spinach with wishbone Italian dressing & some chow mein hard noodles... I used hickory again because that was closest

Yes sir! I've enjoyed everything I've tried----used the bay leaves & Bold Taco in some Spanish Rice (dirty rice might be a better description), the cinnamon in my coffee, the Zatar on my hummus..... Arizona dreaming on chicken & popcorn,,,,,Same as bicentennial rub (popcorn)---- the Black Pepper really took me by surprise but I'm getting used to it quickly- it just was a lot more "peppery" than I was used to (really enjoy the flavor). I wish I'd have gotten the BBQ3000 or it's variant but next time.... lotsa other good ones I'd like to try, but I digest.

This was a good way to try a bunch... I think I'll figure a way to mark them next time & try a few more varieties.
