Is it a Swedish custom to grill them with the eyes and legs left attached and not deveined?
Then in the picture on the bun that seems to all have been removed. Looks like a very nice sandwich.

Seriously! Three weeks in the good 'ol US of A. Now, after 3 days back in Sweden, you need a day off at the beach? I wanna be you, man!

PS: Another great meal. Wish I coulda tried it.

Shrimp taste a WHOLE LOT better if you cook them with the heads and peel on -- you can peel them afterward.
