You always make the best looking fried rice, Case! Something I haven't done on my Blackstone yet, but need to!

Wow! Man, that looks good! I let my Blackstone griddle get rusty over the winter, but I just bought a die grinder pad to bring her back to life. Gonna re-season soon and may just have to start off with some fried rice to break her back in nicely.
 
That Kikkoman bottle looks pretty beat up...since their soy sauce is brewed here in WI I hope you're not refilling it with another brand!;)

Yep had this bottle for many years! I buy it in the big gallon bottle and then re-fill this one. Always Kikkoman!

I like using the BS for fried rice. My poor wok hasn't been used in years. Of course I like using discada too!
