Tried a new recipe from Giada this evening. It was simple ...and outstanding! LOTS of flavor in such a simple dish. I highly recommend it.

The butter

The skewers (vs the sirloin I used chain meat from a tenderloin I trimmed a while back)

These were served with a cucumber tomato salad and parmesan zucchini crisps and my home brew Porter (You'll have to imagine that).

Gorgeous photos of an outstanding cook Dwain. That kabob layout is beautiful. I know that Porter was smokey and smooth. My favorite beer!

Great cook Dwain, We've been looking for something like that to try. I'm sure Barb will chime in later.

Thanks folks!

I'll say this: her cooking times are pretty close. I added the 'shrooms, then the Steak, then the Shrimp. Flipped them all. Then pulled the Shrimp, Steak, and 'shrooms just like she describes.
