Semi-Sunny Saturday Smoke

Thanks everyone:)
Are those irrigation pipes (white PVC I'm guessing) or do they serve another purpose?
Chris, those are "ribs" for the "cold frame"... plastic sheeting rolls over those PVC pipes for starting the planting season in the late winter/early spring weeks.

now the finished pork shoulder/butt.
I did chop half and pulled the other half.

wow, your place is beautiful - The lawn look like Augusta, and the gardens are great - Obviously a lot of hard work - oh yea, the food doesn't look too shabby either! looks like it was a nice day in WI today.

The final product looks fantastic. It's posts like these that inspire me to try something different. I would have never have thought to put cheese on a pulled pork sandwich. Especially smoked gouda. Thanks for teaching an old dog a new trick.

Your yard looks great & green too. As your sister has probably told you we are in a terrible drought now. Your cook looks awesome, very good. As always, send some rain our way:)

Jim, when I say you hit it out of the park, I now have a picture of the park.
