3 racks on the WSM 14". Mustard and Weber's Kickin Chicken spice. Then 3 hours with 3 chunks of cherry wood. Sprayed with apple juice every hour. Last half hour basted with Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy. Half full water pan. Harley approves.

So far, both cooks went pretty well. Only thing I noticed it that after adding the food, it does take a while to get the temp up. But then again, I'm loading the little guy to the max. Absolutely no complaints so far. SET IT and FORGET IT. Chugs like champion.:blackkettle:::wsm::smokeyjoe::blackgenesis:

The whole cook was 3.5 hours. The first 45 minutes was about 200, then 230 for most of the cook. Spraying apple juice every hour. Last 20 minutes with sweet baby rays.
