Saturday's Smoked Wings

It wasn't scorching outside, so I fired up the Jumbo Joe for some wings this afternoon. Seasoned with Weber's Kickin' Chicken, and smoked using cherry wood.

Cooked indirect between two fully lit charcoal baskets, bottom vent 100% open the entire cook, rotated pieces and lid every 10 minutes. Total cook time ~45 minutes.

Great lookin' bunch of wings. I, too, am a fan of Webers Kickin' Chicken (and the Jumbo Joe). I find myself often using the Jumbo Joe when I am cooking for just the two of us. It's a GREAT piece of gear.
