Honestly Tim while they were definitely a quality product I didn't think they were any better than the ones I get a Whole Foods.

Very interesting, I find myself wondering about that kind of thing a lot! I have not had The opportunity (read:I forgot) to visit the butcher about collar, I will try to remind myself tomorrow.
This weeks been a mess, I forgot to take the trash out last night, didn't see the butcher, the "up" side is I did make some nice oak handles for grills today!
