Saturday Night Grilled Sesame Chicken

Started out with paprika and cayenne pepper lightly season both sides. Didn’t get a picture but made a sauce of lemon juice and honey. Saved half and brush chicken before going on the grill, then 3 to 4 time’s till done. Dry roasted sesame seeds to add to other half of sauce which will be served with dinner.

Cooking direct to brown skin, then indirect for about 40 minutes.

Side dish was my zucchini with EVOO, Mrs. Dash No Salt seasoning and topped off with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Plated with a nice mix salad. Nice simple and delicious dinner.

I like that using the charcoal baskets in a "V", great idea, I will have to try that soon. Chicken looks great!!!
 
Great cook Barb - the color on that bird is awesome and grilled zukes are hard to beat.
