I know this is Weber Smoke Day, but since I have to work all weekend I will be doing my
Smoke Day on Monday.
We wanted something quick for dinner tonight so we threw together some ground beef, chopped up portabella mushrooms
and onion, then seasoned with A-1 Cracked pepper. I am also grilling my last package of Hot and Spicy Conecuh sausage.
Put onto the Weber Performer using a mixture of KBB and RO Lump charcoal. I used one small chunk of oak. I am also
using my grill grates tonight.

Burgers and sausage are done.
Plated with some boxed pasta salad. I used a sliced of Colby jack cheese, onion, tomato and Texas Pete Sriracha Cha!
on my burger. Served on our finest china!
