Saturday at the WSM

over a dozen jalapenos sliced and cleaned for crème cheese, cheddar filled smokies and bacon

seasoned with Tasty Licks Rub

on the WSM for over an hour at about 275ºF with apple wood for smoke

wrapped those up in to two separate packages, sent them on their way to two separate homes...
those folks never heard of them before but ate'm up and I heard today they loved them! :)
 
then prepped dinner for liz & I... a couple of small cuts of skirt steak with lightly sautéed spinach atop

topped the spinach with Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses... rolled, spiked then sliced ...
stopped me if you've seen this one...

fast cook over very high heat...

not gourmet, but damn tasty and you can bet your silver buck i'll do this again!
