Saturday afternoon Spare ribs

I was pressed for time, so instead of using my WSM for ribs, I grilled them direct. I flipped them about every 5 minutes or so, for the entire cook. It took about an hr and half for the ribs to be done. They were moist, tender, and had some chew, and using charcoal only, got a nice smoke ring. I sauced with KC Masterpice smokey chipotle. Here are the pictures :).

Your ribs look good, Michael. That is exactly how I remember ribs being cooked growing up. A whole slab of goodness. Well done.
