Salmon rolls..

Tasty one. And frankly not alot of work compared to the end resault.

Here we go:

Salmon filé/chrimps/CREAM cheese wiped with sweet chili sauce/chives/grilled bell(skin of)/sambal badjak(oelek´s older brother)

Cut in half(not all the way) And filled. One with tha Badjak and bell. One with the others(kids version)

Rolled up on a Oak plank.

Grilled indirect

Just LOVE this pic(no pun intended)

And served something like this:

The Chardonnay worked wonders with the fish. (who am i kidding) I had a Beer. But Emilie said so
