But today was the day on which I much enjoyed.
The weather finally began to treat us fairly and I could begin to defecate my freezer.
Oh, and I bought a new camera (provoked me some here) so I hope photos will be OK.
Nice piece of veal
I decided to modify it - the six chops
Marinade: EVOO, thyme, rosemary, ground black pepper, lemon juice and dijon mustard.
for three hours in a ziplock and chill in the refrigerator
along with chicken marinated in a classic RSC
also made some coleslaw for RSC
We start with chicken
Added a few potatoes
Veal waiting for his time
15 min to the finish
