Well, it's a long time I know ...
But today was the day on which I much enjoyed.
The weather finally began to treat us fairly and I could begin to defecate my freezer.
Oh, and I bought a new camera (provoked me some here) so I hope photos will be OK.

WOW! Do I have a lot to learn. First time I've seen that half elevated grill for the indirect side. Did you make that or can you buy it? Awesome post.

John, this was made ​​from some old cheap nameless grill, but Weber also produces something similar - Mr. Jim Lampe successfully used, for example.
