four large chicken thighs with bacon slices under the skins (can you see??)
one piece each, sliced in half... should have photographed it better.... sorry
fired up both the 22"OTG with the CB rotis ring and the 26" OTG for some lazy turds
on the 26"er, the turds....
just sliced in half, cleaned stuffed with crème cheese & a hunka thick lampe bacon atop.
then seasoned with PigSalt and Penzey's Adobo...
Got the bacon stuffed thighs in the basket, seasoned those with Penzey's Old World seasoning.
as the sun set....
I grabbed a homeland brew...
not bad stuff... brewed in Verona Wisconsin
