fired up both the 22"OTG with the CB rotis ring and the 26" OTG for some lazy turds

on the 26"er, the turds....

just sliced in half, cleaned stuffed with crème cheese & a hunka thick lampe bacon atop.
then seasoned with PigSalt and Penzey's Adobo...
Got the bacon stuffed thighs in the basket, seasoned those with Penzey's Old World seasoning.

everything was pretty good. Gotta tell ya tho', I forgot all about the bacon being under the skin....
until I took a big ol' bite outta one of those thighs... yeah... pretty good :D

Really good looking bacon/bird Jim & I could of just made a meal out of your Jal's/bacon no problem at all.
 
Great idea using the bacon with the thighs will be trying that next. The way I'm going through bacon I'm going to have to buy a pig farm.
