Mr. Pannell beat me to the post last weekend. Found a small rolled cross rib roast that begged to be tonight's dinner. Seasoned with S&P, garlic powder and Tatonka dust.
A couple onion blooms to go under the roast.
Onto the Performer.
Pulled at 130 deg.
Au Jus added to the onions and drippings. Grilled some corn too.
Cranberry and vodka with dinner tonight.
