Mr. Pannell beat me to the post last weekend.;) Found a small rolled cross rib roast that begged to be tonight's dinner. Seasoned with S&P, garlic powder and Tatonka dust.

I've been procrastinating about buying a rotisserie for some time now, posts like this make me think that perhaps I should just get it over with and own one.... I bet that au jus is delicious.
