We are at the Oregon Coast for a week in a rented vacation home. Prior to leaving home I did some pulled pork and a roasted turkey breast. I marinated the turkey in the buttermilk marinade that Weber has on their site.
After marinating for 12 hours here is a picture of the breast on the roti about an hour into the cook

The breast was about 8 pounds, the performer ran at about 300. The skin is just coated with oil and S&P. After the breast temp to 150 I move the heat directly under the breast for the final 10 degrees. Total cooking time was probably a little over 2 hours.

While the skin looks good it was rubber. The turkey was very flavorful and moist, I will use the marinade recipe again and again. The turkey was pulled to be used for sammies, salads and wraps.
I mentioned the pulled pork, here is a picture of it being pulled, I think I got a slight smoke ring

The coast is supposed to be stormy all week....but hey, I not at the office, have plenty of food, beer and wine.
This is was my view this morning

I hope you all have a good day!
