Roast Beast for the Tribe

[Bill Schultz]

Picked up an Angus Roast the other day and settled into a nice easy cook after the great meals the CEO had done for New Years and Christmas.

Slivers of Garlic into the roast, dressed with EVOO, S&P and topped with two of our fresh Rosemary sprigs

On the Genni till 125 and pulled

Some Texas Toast getting grilled

Drippings, beef broth butter and a few other add ins for the gravy

Came out nice and tender

Your plate with a little simple salad, enjoy
