brought out the red Bar-B-Kettle for yesterday's dinner.
fired up a snake of Kingsford and seasoned up a rack of Baby Back ribs with BBQ3000 + Tasty Licks
a nice 235ºF dome temp thru the entire 4 hour cook...
after two hours, I "sauced" the ribs in foil then back on for another two hours
meanwhile, butternut squash and small red taters were oven roasted
broccoli was also steamed and joined in...
the baby backs were cooked just right, the squash was dusted with California Seasoned pepper
haven't made baby backs in quite sometime,
but when I saw these in the meat cooler, my name was on 'em
shoulda bought two racks they were that good
