Since I won't be owning a Summit (as much as I recognize it as the great grill/smoker it seems to be) I comfort myself in knowing that I still have my perfectly satisfactory Webers.

That is an awesome way to break in your new Summit. Those ribs look so yummy, great job. Yes it's still NO Rich.

I know that after two months of ownership, I am still coming up the learning curve and love to read about the successes (and mistakes) of others.
