Rib roast, Stick food, Wicker's thighs

We had a couple over to visit and for dinner on Saturday.
She likes her beef medium rare, he likes his medium.
I obliged them both with a 4 lb. rib roast.

Last night was boneless, skinless chicken thighs marinated in Wicker's.
Didn't trim off the small amount of fat on them, this gave a few little flare-ups from the hot lump coals.

Wow, lucky friends! That rib roast is gorgeous and the sides perfect. Going to have to order some of that Wickers. Plate is stunning. ;)
 
You did it again Bob, outstanding on the roast. Love the stick veggies will be doing them real soon.
