That is some really nice work. I like that towel bar on the side. Not so sure about a charcoal grill that close to burning my knuckles but looks cool.

It's been a while but I've slowly been working on things and the grill is done - now I just have to push through the urge to keep it as a looker instead of a cooker.

So here things go.

I also went the extra mile on the wheels - the wheels felt a little loose to me so I installed some bushings, removed the outer rings - painted them red and painted the background white, I also went all out on stainless hardware including the axles.

I replaced the front casters with red wheels, painted the lower cross bars red, made my own front panel out of a SS door kick panel, replaced the propane tank wheels with red wheels, and did red wheel center caps on the axles in other words lots of little custom touches.

Hello loving the grill. I have a quick question. How did you make your own front panel out of a SS door kick panel? How did you cut the hole out? I'm trying to make my own as its pretty rusted.

I laid the old panel over the top of the kick panel and marked all of the mounting holes etc - for the match hole I drilled two holes and connected them with a cone tipped rotary file. If you are looking for a front panel try sending a feeler post, one of the flippers may have one laying around that they will sell you.
