Fresh Red Snapper was on sale for a decent price.... & wanted to do a rematch with some Artichokes.
Cooked the sauce over med heat:
Grilled the fish for a couple of minutes per side:
Let those two get happy for a few minutes:
I had boiled the 'chokes for 18 minutes and then grilled on the pos gasser for 7 minutes.
And it was time to eat!
